People who were elderly in the 90s are very likely not around today. My dad was 55 in 1995 and was very up with technology. But 90s technology is completely different to today's and he is now 84. In the 90s, emails were an exciting thing to receive. Now he gets hundreds a day - the vast majority trying to scam him. So he has stopped using it. Contact less is fine, but if you don't use your pin often at that age, you forget it. It's much harder to keep up with tech changes when you are elderly.
