We come upstairs to our bedroom and feed him/snuggle around 7:30 after we put our 2 year old to bed.

She made 9 her bedtime on her own. I nurse her to sleep and there seems to be no changing or rushing it!

My 2 month old is usually “asleep” for the night between midnight and 1 AM and wakes again around 5-6 AM to eat before going back to bed.

When I go to bed! He sleeps on me in the evening in a carrier if I’m doing jobs or just on my chest if I’m lucky enough to get time to sit on the sofa. Then he comes to bed with me 😊

Generally at 2 months old the golden bedtime hour is between 8-10 pm and as they get older bedtime will get earlier. My 5 month old for example did best with a 9/10 pm bedtime when she was 2 months or else she would wake up and think bedtime was actually a nap and then be up later than what she was suppose to be

I used to put her down at 10-11 but now she goes down at 9pm after her bath and feed. She made her own schedule 😂
