Saw a post about Multiverse of Madness and how it ate because it came out on Mother's Day and abbreviates to MoM. I think it would have ate more if it hadn't painted maternal grief as villainous/villain-making but that's just me. In the same year, Marvel did the same with paternal grief in Thor: Love and Thunder. After watching both in succession, it made me feel like Marvel was saying parental grief creates monsters.
