I don't know how this is in other parts of the world but in the Netherlands, no one has right of way in this situation. The blue car needs to wait for gray, the grey one for orange, orange for blue. If someone doesn't just go and all will follow the law, they'll be stuck like that forever.

This is both a sort of a trick question and different all around the world. But how are so many people saying the grey is coming from a side street? All seem to be the same size so it kind of doesn't matter due to the lack of signs. Once again based on rules where I live, just because it's straight doesn't make it a priority.
