I don’t believe I can actually experience another’s emotions, because we have separate nervous systems, however there’s an instantaneous relating and imaging that can feel like I’m experiencing another’s emotions.

Yes, if I've felt that emotion and it's presented in multiple forms(sound, body movement, ect.) I feel it. It depends on the day how badly. Especially if I'm not regulated enough or I'm not in a "safe" interaction, I feel more the other persons emotions than mine and should start disregarding their emotions more to listen to myself. I can hear on the voice, what muscles subtract and know what feeling does that and that way feel it in my body too. It's hard to not go too deep onto that feeling.

I can physically feel other people's emotions, or what I belive is there experience anyway, so much that it clouds out my own experience and i feel nothing but what they want, need or expect. It's draining and overwhelming and one of the main reasons I prefer being alone.
