I hate that a lot of these restaurants hire based on esthetic aka ✋🏻✋🏼✋🏽✋instead of people that got the work ethic but then people act like racism or colorism isn’t a thing . Please pay attention to these spots y’all dine in at if there’s no more than 3 dark complexion waitresses/ waiters there it’s not because they’re not applying ✨
