A perfect example. While genetics certainly play a role in our skin’s baseline, our daily habits have a massive impact over time. Take these identical twins, for example. The twin on the right spent more time in the sun and smoked, while the twin on the left opted for minimal sun exposure. Despite having the same genetic starting point, their skin has aged very differently. It’s a perfect reminder that while we can’t control our DNA, we have control over the choices that shape our skin’s future.
