omg customer service in the equestrian space is the WILDEST ride there is 🤣 this woman got a baselayer for her mum over a year ago at a show, turns up at our most recent show waving it in my staffs face and harassing them about returning it, causing a scene and claiming her mum had sent ‘a hundred emails with no response’… my girls pull up the name and showed the woman that not only had we replied to her mum but we’d even sent a follow up once WE didn’t receive a response 1/3
