So Barry's tea is absolutely the best, but also there's a lot of parts of Ireland with very hard water, and Barry's tea perfectly compliments the hard water. Lyons is a perfectly acceptable and tasty brew, but it's better in places like Cork that have much softer water. So there is SCIENCE to the Great Debate 😁
