I have an open head, ajna, throat and emotional sp. my strategy to speak clearly is to to get out of my head and into my body. I let the magic and energy from my defined centres do the work and the words articulate and flow out effortlessly. Eg I sit and try to talk infront of my yoga students before class and I dribble absolute shit. Then I drop us all into our bodies and breath and suddenly I’m spouting magical wisdom and in a clear manor 😆

You dont have to get the recording perfect every time! That is very hard thing to do for anyone but esp as a beginner. Find an editing software such as Descript (or I think Filmora might also have) a feature that cuts out any filler words and awkward gaps or pauses! But be kind to yourself it takes time to get into the flow of creating 🙏 With an open throat, theres wisdom there to be shared with your voice , it's just is a process of trial and error, unlearning, deconditioning, etc 💫💞
