Your message about sleep reminded me of Elijah in 1 Kings 18-19. After his showdown with the prophets of Baal, he fled from Jezebel and fell asleep under a tree. An angel woke him, told him to eat, and then he went back to sleep. The angel came again, told him to eat, and prepared him for a 40-day journey. It’s a great reminder that sometimes we need both rest and preparation. God knows when we need rest and eat!:)
