I worked at a popular restaurant and they gave anniversary bonuses for time spent with the company as long as you averaged 30 hours a week over the course of the year. It was $100 times the year. So the last bonus was for reaching my 6th year. It went on my normal paycheck instead of a separate one and since I was a server/bartender I saw a resounding $47 of it because of taxes on tips, my wages over the course of two weeks and the bonus itself. Should have been about $430 after taxes.
