A lady that works with me came to my house today. I asked her if she has voted yet. She said she is not registered to vote. We live in Orange County, CA. Here you can register to vote in person at a vote center location starting on October 26th.They provide you with a special provisional ballot that is counted after election officials have confirmed that you are eligible to vote in that county.
