I realize you were trying to be clever but you do understand the mechanical reasons right? It's a simple matter of size and speed of perfusion. We can quickly perfuse and freeze a few cells, we cannot do that to an entire body even one as small as a newborn. However using your logic, any embryo that has survived a week and should be human because we can't freeze them either.
