2/ As a projector who owns an animal shelter, my client had disempowering perspectives about being supported by others. I told her that as a projector, she’s here to be the conductor of the band. She has to get out of the weeds and understand that she’s going to accomplish more by leveraging those around her. She created the belief, “It is my design to delegate and things work better when I do.”
