I lost 100. It's for sure the diet. I was going to the gym consistently 5-7days a week for 3 and half years weight lifting/cardio 1hr-2hrs and still put on 30 after losing 80. But then lost the 30 plus another 20 when I counted calories. It's been a never ending rough road but diet for sure🫠 me likes the cookies

3 months. The hardest part is the loss of ability to be spontaneous. You have to plan every meal in advance. Have total control always. Pretty quickly you’ll lose the sugar abstinence and other shit and it’s pretty easy after that. Except for the constant meal prep that is. I have a wife who helps/helped a ton with everything. Being alone must be much harder.

I have lost 110lbs. My biggest struggle was realizing food isn't comfort, it's for energy and survival. I've adjusted pretty much every thing I do and eat. This month I've been working on it for 2 years.
