I recently heard the story about a popular creator who shared pictures of herself picking cotton & reflecting on God's love & abundance. Many of the comments attacked her for doing something they saw as wrong, as oppression, as going backwards to a painful time in history. I realized in that moment that creator was more free than her commentors (even if they would disagree) because she wasn't bound by what the world thinks or says about certain activities. (1/3)
