We were always taught in school that the only way to modify the U.S. Constitution was by a vote of 2/3 in both the House and the Senate and then it had to be ratified by 3/4 of the states. Who knew that all you needed to invent new constitutional law and ignore existing constitutional amendments was 5 bought and paid for Supreme Court justices. Vote2024
