I have to tell someone and no one I know will care but my laptop just broke at the hinge in a catastrophic way. All I did was lower the lid. It's 3.5 yrs old and I remembered I bought a warranty but also figured it had expired. I looked it all up and I bought the 4 YEAR PLAN!!!! Whatever I end up having to pay I'm up from having all costs on me. Fingers crossed I get an amazing repair or at least some sort of credit towards a new one. Just happy I'm not out a full $1400. 😁 laptoprepair
