My story — Peace. Equanimity. Authenticity. This all I ever wanted in my life. At 56 I am finally feeling these and more. After years of suffering through anxiety and panic, gaslighting by family and in a long unhealthy marriage, I am now able to draw healthy boundaries and be my true self. I am now seen and heard, supported, loved for who I am. I am a creative. I am an empath. I am a contemplative soul. Nature’s truth, pure authenticity, perseverance, infinitely inspires me.
