Alright guys, what is your most trusted app that has helped you with your macros? I’m getting discouraged here. I either under eat, or over eat. I was told my active cals are 3,450. Therefore I eat around 2600 cals a day and get 230+ grams of protein and I’m STILL losing muscle and gained .03% bf! I’m 6’7” 32 232lbs 17.4% bf. I desperately need help figuring out my macros!
