Failure
All failure is task failure.
Set your task. Exercise, weight, form, range of motion etc.
When you any of these, you reach failure.
Some exercises you’ll lose ROM first, others you’ll lose form, others you’ll be able to push until you can’t move the weight.
All is failing the task.
Now you practise the task and “failure” might start to look different
