If you have PCOS, you lose weight the same way everyone else does. In a calorie deficit. Although it may be a bigger deficit than you’re used to.

Respectfully, no. PCOS is very similar to diabetes, it affects your insulin which is a huge factor. Its also worth baring in mind that not everyone with PCOS has insulin resistance or a range of hormonal issues, therefore those people may not be effected in the same way. I have been unable to lose and continue to lose weight without consuming fewer than 1000 calories a day - my maintenance is like 2500 calories so if by calorie deficit you mean fewer than 1000 calories a day, I disagree.
