What a delightfully annoying experience switching cell phone services has been! Spectrum locked my phone because it was new, and my e-sim magically disappeared. But after two days of being a persistent pain, including a store visit and many calls, it's fixed! And the cherry on top? I ended up going back to Spectrum, but hey my phone works again!
