This sounds like a scam or a means to gain more information about you (address, emails, whatever is in connection to how you’d use the card) Either way this dude seems dangerous. And using someone’s company card is a criminal offense, even with permission. The way he asked “do you own me now?” .. was an odd acknowledgement of control. They may blackmail you. Either way this person has no good intentions for you.
