Fast forward, I just got my results back from my most recent MRI. I'm happy to say, that the tumour I'm walking around with hasn't grown a bit so I can hold off on surgery for getting it removed, for now. And thankfully, the acute pancreatitis hasn't reared its head for almost a year now - but I do painfully miss potato chips and McDonalds. It's the small (but big) victories in life 🤍
