I sincerely want to eat better. Cut out all carbs, sugar, and even dairy…. & all processed food! I don’t know how to!! Like, I don’t want to put junk in my body anymore

Keep the good carbs like rice, potatoes but eat in moderation. If you want to cut sugar then do this as it’ll help you kick the sugar high and then cycle back into maintaining a low sugar lifestyle. Week 1: Reduce added sugar by 25% Week 2: Cut added sugar by 50% Week 3: Aim for 0 added sugar Week 4: Settle at 90% reduction to maintain a low-sugar lifestyle The daily recommended gram of sugars is 25 so stay well below that.
