To my friends communicating in multiple languages.. When you are learning any language... at what point do you consider you can talk/communicate in that language? For example, when you have a profile, or someone asks you, what languages do you speak? at what point of your learning can you include that language into that list. In my case, I think my turning point is when I don't know a word, I look into the dictionary instead of translating the word.
