Structure is something I avoided most of my life, but have found so much LIBERATION in. God has led me to create daily & weekly rituals & routines that have saved my life & set me & my family up to thrive. I never thought I'd find flow in routine. Little did I know, that in consistency - awaited true freedom. Discipline & flow go hand in hand. If rivers didn't have structure, they would quite literally go all over the place. Grateful for the freedom found in God led flow, effort, & structure
