Federal courts rejected a case brought by the state of Missouri seeking to stop federal authorization of mifepristone, on the grounds the State had no standing on the issue.
The state countered, with the Attorney General of Missouri saying they DO have standing. Their rationale? "Easy access to online pregnancy management drugs has resulted in a steady decline in teenage pregnancies year over year for the state. This has, in turn, resulted in a steady decline in population for the state.
