When I was in the medical field, my ideal job involved working fewer hours or having an earlier schedule. Eventually, my hours changed to 7 AM to 3:30 PM. Over time, my goals evolved to include the ability to work from home and earn a higher income, and I'm happy to say I've achieved that now.
