Can I tell you something I didn’t know until social media? That for some houses, Santa’s gifts come unwrapped and other houses, they come wrapped. What team are you on?! christmas

Santa’s were always unwrapped because “Santa wanted you to see what you earned” Moms were wrapped because “she wants to surprise you with what she worked hard to buy” And though we didn’t get it, now that I’m an adult I appreciate how she worded that

We have Santa Sacks that are reusable fabric drawstring bags. Santa gives the more boring things like clothes (and anything that's awkward to wrap 😅)

Unwrapped. I have distinctively bad wrapping skills and it would be a giveaway. Plus, extra work. We do presents on Christmas Eve (or December 18 or whenever works) so Santa’s gifts are the only ones there.

Not only were they wrapped when I was a kid but they were always wrapped in Santa paper and each of us kids had different paper to know who's was who's as it matched the wrapping with stocking suffers. It is a tradition I've continued with my kids.

Neither. My parents weren't about to give credit for gifts, they worked hard to provide, to some make believe guy. Not really into the God thing either, so it isn't that.

When I was a kid, gifts from “Santa” came unwrapped and put together, while presents from my parents were wrapped.

I used to wrap them and then realized other families don’t, so we don’t. I was also always worried my daughter would find the “Santa” wrapping paper. In our house, Santa normally brings little/inexpensive gifts (and only one or two).
