Working on a new article about some of TIFF24's shortcomings, with a focus on issues related to sustainability, inclusivity, and accountability. It can be scary to speak up when you see areas for improvement, but it's so necessary -- especially for folks with the privilege of power or reach. Change only happens when we acknowledge the room for growth that still exists, and large companies and organizations often need a lot of nudging and hand-holding to embrace the shift. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑
