Did you miss the entire part about the 5 pure hearted sayian requirement for SSGod? Divine Ki does not equal SSGod. The ritual is the key for SSGod. Kais, G.o.D, Angels and a few other beings (think ubb) have divine key but not SSGod. The way you worded that was really terrible. Goku would get a very minor power boost from just inheriting Divine Ki, I can use Ultimate Gohan here as a debate point too.
