I try to include at least one thing each meal that I’m pretty confident he’ll eat. And he’s supposed to at least taste the other things… A big favorite in my house is Gnocchi with pesto. My neurodivergent family likes veggie sloppy joes. I make a pound of Turkey meat, add a bag of coleslaw mix, a package of tofu, and two cans of beans. Cook it down, then add sauce and seasoning until it’s the color and texture I want. We then eat it with buns or corn chips depending on dietary restrictions.
