Lash babes what do you do when a client has a fill appointment but is your last appointment and wants to get in earlier but you can’t because you have 2 clients before her so she want to cancel so I’m like same day cancellation is 100% so she says okay I’ll come but i want a removal. So it’s a drastic decrease in money. Guess you really can’t do anything but that’s irritating
