Does anyone have a gym routine they can share with me. I go to the gym for about an hour to hour 1/2, I’m still in that spot of not knowing what to do in that timeframe to see the best results / pump. Gym Threads

Break your workout days into specific body part. Day one; legs, day two chest and triceps day three back and biceps; day four core and calves day five full body. Do each body part each day until fail, ie chest day when chest is done you can’t do any more pushups is considered fail. You will see results
