All I wanna do right now is destroy a bag of sweet chili heat Doritos but I’m trying to maintain a calorie deficit for fat loss. How are yall doing this because I’m struggggling

Chew gum, drink water, find something to do with your hands…I knit A LOT when I’m in a defecit …but if all else failed and I had eaten my daily calories I went to bed…can’t eat when you’re sleeping lol

hear me out, get some quest chips, cook some lean ground beef in taco seasoning. slap some greek yogurt as a replacement for sour cream. add your salsas, corn and whatever else u like on ur nachos. layer it all. boom. not only r u left satisfied but u got ur protein in too! it's a win win

Focusing on calorie deficit for fat loss is an outdated paradigm. Good luck with the rebound after you hit your goal. CICO doesn’t account for that. Eat the Doritos and sleep well.

Honestly, I just gave up on ever losing weight and just focus on strength training and stretching to improve my proportions and mobility. I am a lot heavier than I probably should be, but at least I am not starving, and that's the choice I made.
