For those of you who were wanting an update. I've been working on this inbox organization for about 2 weeks now and we are down 138k+ emails in the inbox. The Social and Forums folders have been set to inbox zero. We are moving along well. Keep in mind, I do not work on this everyday. I may spend about 1-3hrs/week on the cleanout since this is a retainer client.
