Working in a foreign country where you don’t speak its mother language is very challenging and scary, and if you’re doing that, it already tells so much about you. I’d love to shout out for my dear foreign co-workers who are diligent and hardworking. You guys add so much value to our company not only with compelling skills, but also with your unique perspectives grown from different cultures. I strongly believe still we need a lot of diversity and respect for differences in the Korean society.
