I hate wen this teacher messages me at night about some shit my son done did in school instead of letting me know whats going on before he gets home ….i have had enough with his behavior cause at this point he knows better ….looks like no tv or fun during the weekend …🤷🏽‍♀️

Your child inconveniences other students, I inconvenience you. You never clock out when you’re a teacher OR a mom. A teacher does NOT have the time to call you or email you at school. I sometimes have parents calling me DURING school hours! Whah do yall think we do all day long?

That means I have 35 minutes to prepare for the next day, clean my classroom, make sure copies are done, go to meetings, do documentation for my special needs students, etc. I’m not sacrificing time with my own child to deal with someone else’s. I don’t take my work home mentally or physically. You would’ve heard from me the next day.
