No, it's all wrong. It comes down to whether you want to wake up or not the next day. If you want to live a "thriving"
Life, instead of just "surviving," then you don't NEED "motivation."
When I sit down with potential clients, sitting down and figuring out the obstacles is the MOST important thing.
It's part "therapy," "interview," "counseling"
The "why" is really important and until you figure that out, it's more of the same.
