I feel Tommy isn't reincarnated into anyone yet , perhaps his soul is lost someone , either back with Mephisto like in the comics or another entity.

I “think” cause Tommy soul is loss… he only had speed abilities… Billy had powers like scarlet witch which would explain why he was able to find another body. I feel like the finally will explain this … or I could be completely wrong 😂🤷🏾‍♂️

I see a lot of people forgetting the fact that Billy stated that HE CAN sense Tommy. Tommy is out there, we just don’t know as what or where.

What if rio, death was there to get Billy back but she too didn’t know due to the sigil. But when the spell broke she was gone. So she knew something or is planning something. What if she already has Tommy and came for Billy originally. She’s Mephisto’s agent. I want my devil in the MCU lol
