And speaking of bullpens, LAD has better RP but it’s a lot closer than it looks with everyone in NYY being really solid outside of Clay Holmes. Plus LAD will have to do a couple of bullpen games and as Soto, Judge, and Stanton have showed you with the Guardians RP blood on their hands, if you let those guys see the same RP in back to back (to back) games, advantage goes to those 3.

As for hitting, I think the Dodgers have more depth, while the Yankees Soto-Judge-Stanton are better than any LAD combo of 3 hitters now that Freeman is compromised. Like I said from above, the key for LAD is to get to the NYY bullpen ASAP while for NYY if those 3 goes off like they did vs CLE again they’ll be unstoppable.

So it seems like NYY has the edge but because baseball doesn’t make any sense in small sample size I’ll go with LAD winning the WS the one year they’re not the juggernaut that they usually are.
