I'm seeing lots of feedback about Notion apparently businesses prefer using it as their Client Portal. honest opinion, I just don't get the real value for it. I still prefer CRM based tools like Dubsado, Moxie for freelancers and my own website to automate my processes for me. I love it when my client gets automated emails - on every journey. Here's my client portal looks like, love it better than Notion.
