Please don't say you specifically want to review "lgbtq" fantasy books and then reply with a vomit emoji when someone sends a review request for a Sapphic Fantasy. "I meant m/m" well then SAY THAT. you can have preferences but BE HONEST about them and maybe don't reply to the author (who is sapphic!) with "sorry, it's just a preference but f/f makes me 🤮"

You mean how i felt my entire childhood growing up with hetero stories only??? ... actually not.... it was disheartening but, if you cant appreciate a story and the emotion beyond characters genetalia, you are not a true story connoisseur. I am finding the same struggle marketing my book. It has lesbian romance and spice but the overarching story is so much more. But people dismiss it without trying. Even my own friends and family.
