1/2 Growing up mom gave us good quality flash cards, board books and picture books with full color illustration in both scientific illustration and vector art. I didn’t know how to call them back then but I would spend hours staring at the details. I always wondered how mom got those because we weren’t rich growing up. Nonetheless my parents gave and read us good books. There were also public libraries at that time called Children’s Libraries by Gokongwei. I hope they still have those today.
