Am I the only person who thinks making sourdough & sourdough starter is made out to be more confusing than it should be?! I gave up after multiple attempts last year that turned into multiple failures But I want to give this another try! However. I’ve gone down the rabbit hole of sourdough recipes and reels and I’m more confused than ever😩 Is there not a basic sourdough bread recipe?
