My fellowcountrymen, have any of you ever driven in the UK? Going to London for Christmas, and want to do a trip to Stonehenge, and intrigued by renting a car. Just very nervous about driving on the other side of the road lol

It’s literally just some rocks in the ground and a lot of traffic I wouldn’t bother

If you’re not from the UK, you drive on the other side of the road all the time 😂

Most UK natives don’t seem to be able to grasp the concept of driving (going by the Mir behaviour on the roads), probably best to let the train take the strain.

Don’t bother with Stonehenge. Avebury is much more impressive.

Every year I go to Europe from Britain and drive on the opposite side, it's a piece of cake. But it helps if you have a partner who keeps saying left hand side, at each junction. And at roundabouts just stop instead of gliding thru, always turn left.train your partner to say it out loud. Don't even think about manual shift. The main issue will be narrow roads ,when it's almost single track there's a temptation to drift onto the right, AVOID small country lanes

I’m a UK truck driver and it’s an easy drive

Take the train to Salisbury and from there take the bus. Avoids the stress with a car in London.

(I’m British) I’ve driven longer in the US. I’d less driving on the other side, and more the crazy narrow lanes.

It's very easy on the highway. You get used to bearing to the left instead of the right

Stonehenge is boring. You can't get close to it for its fenced in..
