Eh, I personnally think that's fine. I am pretty anxious, but it is manageable and not debilitating. I realize over time I do a lot of things out of anxiety -- avoiding stressfull things until I can't anymore, overthinking, over "preparing" for everything [...] but overall, It's pretty manageable.
For a long time, I couldn't discern stress from anxiety though (which is what you're probably refering to here)
